More Fishy Goings On With M.O.D Small Fry

Do You recognise this face??

So British Intelligence are still using the same old Northern Ireland surveillance techniques. Hardly secret… LOL!

This MOD.guv.uk type surveillance officer was one of those whose job was monitoring my movements. Most of the surveillance was around central and North London and on the tube network. So after a while I began taking a few snaps of him every now and then, once even stopping to ask the him the time in Islington!

Whats he up to now?

A day in the life of an active surveillance team.
Say I’m out walking somewhere, anywhere… if I’m under active surveillance there would either be a surveillance officer ahead of me, behind me or both. Then say for example I enter a building. They’ll normally wait for about 25 minutes.
This time period suggests I’m doing something inside the building, possibly meeting someone or something so they send a second officer to stand outside the building, just having a fag or something as a marker.
He reports back the details of the building, organisation, etc to the controller who runs a check deciding on the spot how to proceed.
If they think there’s valuable information to be gathered they send another surveillence officer to investigate inside the building.
I’ve had a few laughs darting into large office complexes in Holborn for no apparent reason and watching them trying to figure it out!
This is what the British taxpayer is doling out £4 billion a year for!

On the day below I sat eating lunch… after a period of time guess who shows up… BTW I went for the haddock and chips!

Houseman’s bookshop contacted me to say they won’t stock Terror on the Tube but will continue to stock my eye witness bus bomb survivor account The 4th Bomb. Sales continue to go well. The 4th Bomb is even proving popular among M.O.D officials and intelligence officers, like this one seen here who was following my movements last summer. On this occasion he was trailing me as I went around bookshops in North London resupplying stockists .

Turnout in at the venue in Holborn was good. Looking around I recognised some of the usual faces and a few new ones, plus the inevitable ‘chaps’ from M.O.D who popped by. This was no surprise as the MOD HQ was just down the road. Advertising for this event was fairly low key as this was a warm-up for The Writings On The Wall on 30th September ’08.

Below is the high ranking British intelligence official who attended. I couldn’t resist. The face behind is an MOD chap too.

Rubbish Spy James John Fry – Aged 45

I could tell this 5’10 blonde haired guy with the sides shorn I stood behind could sense my glare.

I leant forward as he pulled out a mobile watched him send a short text message saying he “was opening a new account at his new branch”. Adding 2 and 2 together I summised that the Holloway branch of the Halifax bank wasn’t his branch (duh).

Next thing you know, the personal banking lady finished helping my dad with his enquiry and it was the surveillance operative’s turn. My dad hobbled on his stick joining the queue to withdraw some cash while I went to wait outside the branch. Peering in the window I noticed the operative sat down and was talking to the personal banking lady, so I came back in to evesdrop on him in order to confirm my suspicions.
She was asking him questions to verify himself. I over heard some of his personal information. When she asked for 2 forms of ID, he’d produced his passport and driver’s licence. They lay on the desk as she typed in his details. I moved closer pretending to browse some leaflets on the wall behind her while I gawped at his details on screen as she entered them on her computer.

His name: Fry… James John Fry – Aged 45!

She asked him his occupation, my ears strained to hear as he lowered his tone but the lady helpfully blabbed, “Oh, that’s something to do with the army isn’t?” It was so funny. I walked off chuckling as my Dad finished at the counter. I’d seen more than enough! These guys really think on their feet!
